<VV> 64 - rear suspension

Matt,
The spring has a rubber seat & cap.  The strap that holds them is bolted in place - but this does NOT keep the spring from pivoting left to right.

Isn't the transverse leaf bolted to the transmission? I recall removing and
reinstalling that bolt during some work years ago.
