If your asking is for removing the plastic plugs from the metal terminals, the procedure is this:
For male terminals, if you look closely, they are locked transversly so, if you push the tang with a small flat screw driver, you will be able to slide the terminal back from the plastic plug. For female terminals, the locking tab is on the small middle recess (look closely by the end) which, can be realesed by pushing and twisting a flatened steel wire inserted on the middle recess. If not enough clear (hard to explain in English), I can take some pictures, tomorrow.
