<VV> differential in fc (MY take on it)

3:27 with a 4 spd is a very nice setup in an fc.  dont even think of  it in a 
powerglide rampy!
i had the 3:27 in mine when it was a 4 spd and it drove good , went like  ... 
and got decent fuel economy.    now it is a powerglide 3:55  which drives 
nice , but nowhere near as nice on gas or pickup. it is still nice  for 
caravanning in hilly country though. (assuming 164cu in  engines.)     a 145 cu inch 
might need a 3:55 at  times.
