I have removed easy out with a carbide drill...first you have to flatten the
broken remainder with a dremel, then center punch and drill with a carbide
bit...works most of the time.

At the risk of violating the "No Me-Too Posts" rule, let me second Ned's
advice. EZ-outs are only good for removing boogered-up wood screws. A
broken EZ-out is almost impossible to remove. DAMHIK.

Chances are that if the bolt is that stuck, an ez-out won't get it out.
