At the risk of violating the "No Me-Too Posts" rule, let me second Ned's
advice.  EZ-outs are only good for removing boogered-up wood screws.  A
broken EZ-out is almost impossible to remove.  DAMHIK.

Chances are that if the bolt is that stuck, an ez-out won't get it out.
In  
fact it will most likely break off inside the bolt. The ez-out will be
much  
harder to drill out than the bolt. My advice is to just drill out the
bolt and  
be done with it...
