<VV> VVD, V242, I4: Fast Steering arms.

At swap meets the arms are usually just labeled 'fast'.  I have a couple sets installed, one on an early and one on a late, no idea if I have the intended ones on the right car.  I think the bump stop being the difference makes sense given the slightly different track dimensions.
