I have a buddy who recently purchased a pretty nice '64 coupe and hasbeen sorting out things since he got it. It's a beautiful car lots ofoptions. Today while driving he hit a small rain shower and the wipersdid not work except if he used the washers? As he drove further,to gethome, the tranny made a "banging" sound in only 4th gear? Car ran fineenough to get home. What gives?
