<VV> Late model fuel system help needed

Possibly bad ground at tank (look under right front wheel ) or at dash under a bottom screw  to the right of the steering column.  Sender removal is the lock ring by the right front wheel. Just have drain pan ready under it and no ignition sources nearby. No bending of the arm , check float for a leak (ck weight).
 
Anybody have the forms needed to pay chapter dues to C O R S A?    I was asked to try to help  find them.  Regards & thank you  , Tim Colson  C N Y Corvair club.
