<VV> Plastic rear window.

All:  IIRC, Stinger racer Warren LeVeque got the SCCA to  permit plastic
windows in race cars.  He did it my smashing a (front?) window and then
sending each SCCA BoD member a letter and parts of the broken window.  They
got the message and changed the rules to allow plastic windshields. 

Now then, in the July/August issue of Vintage Motorsport there is a add on
page 72 for Aircraft Windshield Co. in Los Alamitos CA.   Look up
www.aircraftwindshield.com

I know nothing about them other than what the ad in VM says.  They seem to
specialize in such thing for auto and aero applications.
