<VV> Oil Recommendation

Corvair’s been in storage, along with a number of 
other cars for nearly 2 years.  Getting ready to run 
it tomorrow and I may have to add oil.  I always run 
Mobil 1 synthetic 10-30W (I think).  Is that the recommended 
oil?  The engine has 90k miles (1965 Corsa 140) and 
we’re dumping the oil for a bit of engine work.  Any 
general recommendations for weight?
