Hello western pa & area Corvair enthusiasts,

Here's a fun activity and opportunity this weekend to find some good used
parts...Make plans to attend this Corvair parts garage sale this Sunday,
July 19th from 1-4pm in Munhall.  Building is an oversize 2-bay residential
garage previously owned by a local mechanic, and new owner wants everything
gone to make room for his own non-Corvair vehicles.  I stopped over last
week - good guy who explained the parts were in the garage when he bought
the property, and Corvairs are not his thing.  Impression i got is that
mechanic stripped down a few cars at some point - i recognized parts from
at least 1 em and 2 lates.  Parts are generally strewn on the floor, but at
one time were organized and labeled.  i saw enough good items to make this
a good stop on a Sunday afternoon - note i did not see and would not expect
to find any NOS items.

John Sweet will be on hand to help identify parts and set fair prices for
the seller, and all items will be priced to move.  This is one of those
sales where you may find yourself looking thru boxes tucked on a shelf -
bring gloves, maybe a flashlight, and CASH!

 also please be sure to forward to your Corvair contacts in or out of the
WPCC network as i may be working off an outdated list.  This is a nice
fellow who is appreciative of our efforts to help him find homes for these
parts vs just giving them up for scrap.
