In the late 70's my company leased some Volares for company cars. I got to drive one for a couple of days while waiting for delivery of my '80 Malibu. The Volare had almost no metal left on the top of the fenders. It was really exciting driving thru puddles and having rooster tails coming up from the front wheels. I don't think any of the Volares reached the five year mark for lease replacement.
