100's of Corvairs that you've had and you never read the owner's manuals? All Cars up to the 60's had rear pumps...
1 you could push start them
2 Towing turns the rear wheels...and so the rear pump... no need to ever start the engine!
Manuals.....should be started and run thru the gears every 500 miles or days drive....
