Leave the torque on the transaxle.

Just make sure the replacement engine wasn't a stick with the pilot bushing
still in the crank end.

   I need to put a different engine into my ManxVair. It currently has the
140hp engine and the 2-speed powerglide. When I split the engine from the
transmission do I leave the torque converter on the engine or on the
transmission? Thanks
