<VV> rusted seat bolts

So I pulled up the carpet and the floor panels are rusted through in many
spots. The bolts holding the front seats in are very rusty.  Any
suggestions on how to get the front seats out?  Fortunately the car cost
was very, very free. -- IV

Automatic transmission fluid makes a pretty good penetrating oil. Just dab
some on and let it sit for a day or two.
