There is still one thing not mentioned. Maybe not so much to  improve 
handling BUT to ensure that the designed-in handling is maintained and  still 
there.
 
It is to be sure that you have the correct rear shock  absorbers installed.
 
Why would that be? Glad you asked.
 
It is because the rear wheel drop is LIMITED by the shocks.  thus 
PREVENTING the wheel jacking that Nader complained of in his  book.
