<VV> Nitrogen in tires and air

 I can't help but wonder if you use nitrogen if tires would last longer without dry rotting or breaking down because they would be less likely to oxidize. I would guess you'd also have to protect the outside somehow too. Just a thought.

Mark- You might want to check this out:  http://www.powertank.com/truth.or.hype/
It shows the real reason why Nitrogen is used in airplane tires- it really has absolutely nothing 
to do with temperature stability.
