What # does the VIN start with?  Therein lies your answer.

I could swear that I sent a LINK to a VIN decoder.  Did I forget to hit 
SEND?

Could they, would they use early '64 parts on a very LATE built '63?  I'll 
bet they did that sort of stuff sometimes!!!
