Mind's going. Frank and Mark caught it. I tighten 3/4 turn AFTER I can't
twist the push rod.
Got to stop answering when I'm eating lunch at work.

I add some moly cam lube to each end of the push rod, install it correctly
with the side oil hole at the rocker, dry the push rod just below the
rocker so I have some traction for my fingers and then tighten 3/4 turn or until
I can't twist the push rod between my dry fingers any more. I also add
moly cam lube to the rocker ball and valve stem face. Works for me.
