700s didn't come out until '82, 200-4R '81, 305 '76, 4.3 Vortec '85 or '87 .  I'm pretty sure a Bore Tech is more rare than the coach.  700s have a much stronger (still not very strong) and have a lower first gear 3.059 vs 2.74:1

nah, tons of Vortech V6s. And lots of carbs still around. Still the EFI would be a better setup. I think those Coaches originally had 305 V8s. They pre-date the 4L60 for sure. They might have had 700R4s. -Seth

It's too bad they didn't use the Bore Tech's original buel injection and 4L60.  I'll bet it's harder to get parts for that engine than NOS parts for the coach.
