If you go to NAPA and ask for the good points you should get about 15K.
These will be have a stud and nut to connect the wires to. Most places
don't carry the high quality points.

Just out of curiosity, what has been your experience as far as how long a
set of standard points (Kettering ignition) will typically last (reference
machine is '63 Monza 900, 80 hp 3-speed, only non-standard part of the
ignition system is an Accel coil.) A few years ago I ran into problems when
I failed to replace the condensor in the distributor, and a couple
successive sets of points only lasted a few hundred miles each. After I put
in a new condensor, that problem went away. I'm always tempted to switch to
an Igniter but would just as soon not spend the money since I'm not having
problems with the standard system.
