<VV> Electric fuel pump pressure - specs

Hi, Looking to spec out an electric fuel pump for my late model, I heard the range should be 2.5-4 PSI can someone confirm if this is correct. Also, any issues if I use a pump with 5.5PSI? 
 
Understand that the  Air Tex E8016S a good unit - any comments? And what's the proper electrical hook up, how does the oil pressure unit tie into all this?
