Nope.  It does not.   The bracket is slotted.   Moving/shimming the 
bracket back 3/16" to allow the fan belt to slip by it will NOT put 
anything into a bind.  The mount stud has room in the bracket's slot 
to fit just fine.


Unless you change the shims on the front mount bracket, you won't be 
changing toe in the rear.
