I realize not everyone has access to one of these, but a plasma cutter is by
far the best tool for this if the doors are to stay on the car.

Yeah, I did mine with a right angle drill and a really short bit.  It still
was a bi..ch, but doable.

Right-angle drill, maybe?  I'd sure like to avoid removing the doors if
possible if it were my car.
