Note the emphasis on sacrifice, "comfort level" & drag cars ?
"Comfort level" is a consideration, but is that why we drive Corvairs, with
the exception that Corvair does not sacrifice comfort for handling, but
we're talking PGs here?

My take on powerglides: I have changed all of my vehicles over.
It does take more performance away on FC's than cars,
but comfort level on tours with groups is MUCH improved. the sacrifice so
far has been well worth it.
Aarrgghh ! --> even my former TRUE 64 Spyder convert.
I have many miles on both ways in my past.
On the real gm full size powerglides, many a real drag car wins with the
aluminum powerglide properly built.
