<VV> Resistor Wire Question

Bill H. asked about the wiring for the LM resistor wire:
 
The resistor wire shows as W/R/B which is white-red-black.
The wire comes from the engine compartment main connector to the two wire starter harness connector. The W/R/B wire connects to the compartment side of the starter harness. It joins with the yellow wire that goes to the coil. The other side of the starter harness connector has the yellow wire going to the "R" terminal on the starter solenoid. The start "R" terminal supplies 12 volts to the coil during starter engagement. The W/R/B supplies a reduced voltage when the ign switch is in the run position.
