Go to HD for $5 and buy a 10' section of 1.5" gray plastic electrical conduit.  Using a torch heat it up slowly...SLOWLY, more on the outside of the bend for stretching... and you can bend it like butter around anything.  Hold it till it cools maybe 20-30 secs... BOOM!  It's done!


Saw it on the DIY channel and put a small bend in some stuff I buried.  Don't hold long or it will scorch and/or burn.
