I understand that Clark's just received a limited supply of Maxxis
185/80-13 tires.  I just got a set from Tires-Easy (ordered last week,
received this Monday).  So there are some out there.  I only bought
four, but I think it would be prudent to purchase one more.

Good evening everyone,

I've been looking on the internet for tires, don't remember if it's been
brought up here lately.  I came up with Maxxis 90S MA-1 in size
185-80-13.  Everything else in this size has been discontinued as far as
I can tell.  I read that at least one Corvair person was using these
tires, but that was at least a year ago.  Wondered what people thought
about them after they got some miles on them.

I also found I could buy BFGoodrich Silvertowns for almost 200 apiece.
I'll pass on those.  Silvertowns are nice tires, though, I had some on a
59 Ford.

I'm going to contact my local tire store tomorrow whose website says
they sell Maxxis.  Hope they have some good news.
