<VV> CORSA Concours Judging Sheets

Is there a reason why the only Concours Judging Sheets that are available on the CORSA web site are still the OLD ones?!?   I'd like to download a copy of the "new" forms that were used in Cedar Rapids (& I assume will be used again in Denver).  If not on the CORSA site, where can I get  set of them?
