<VV> Fuel economy with a 140HP

Last year on my annual trek from Michigan to Vermont for the VICE tours I
got 24MPG with my 140PG.  I removed the secondary carbs and put blockoff
plates over the holes.  I also used Mobil-1 synthetic oil which made a big
improvement due to how slippery it is.  Driving at 65 MPH or less also
helped.  Unless you are screaming the engine at 5,500 RPM or higher you
don't need secondary carbs.  The performance was fine.
