<VV> No Compression in #3 - Torque wrench?

Do I need a 1/2" drive breaker bar to remove those connecting rods ?  The socket 
has to be pretty strong, but needs to be very 'thin-walled' to fit in there, it 
seems ?

Book calls for 22-29 FT. LB.


1/4"  drive INCH POUND torque wrench at 300-320  will be fine and fits nicely!
