Your # 2 item does not mention HOW the contact is made?  Phone?  I see many members with either NO or possibly un-listed phones in the 2009 membership roster.  The directors will foot the bill for the calls - including the overseas ones? 
 
I'm not saying this won't work, but it might be a bit harder to accomplish than the way you paint the picture.

  No need to contact each and everyone  personally...


  Contact someone in the chapter  that will do it for you.


In contacting  all 125 chapters....  there are a few just like that...


  An Email to someone nearby to go personally  is quite easy!


 One chapter 's listed Phone #  was dead...  mailing address... they didn't live there anymore..but a neighbor  knew where they'd moved to..


Cost me about 4 emails to get to them..


 Whitepages.com  works 90% of the time..
