The nut has nothing to do with the tightness of the joint, it merely secures
it to the taper in the arm. You may have a stiffer than normal bushing,
which do you have, a plastic bushing or the original rubber type? If it's
the rubber one, just try it and if it works OK, use it. If it's a plastic
bushing, insert it with the flange on the bottom and try it. If it seems
OK, use it.
