<VV> LM Idler Arm Torque Specs?

I have ordered and I'm awaiting my shop manuals and Corvair Basics from
CORSA, but I have an immediate question. While investigating some steering
play yesterday, we discovered my LM has the cotter pin missing and the nut
loose on the top of the idler arm (opposite end from the steering box). I
want to tighten it and insert a new cotter pin, but I'm unsure if there's a
torque spec I should be using. Has anybody dealt with this, or can you
enlighten me with shop manual wisdom?
