<VV> 100% local club membership in Corsa

As past president of Corsa and local club president in the past i feel it should be manditory that all members belong to Corsa.   That is the way it is with other marque clubs that I belong to.  I despise free loaders.  I witnessed this when I chaired a local show and some Corvair people were to Damn cheap to even register for the show.  How can you expect a club to survive if people reap the benifits but don't pay their part.  I sure won't miss them if they leave the local chapter because they are to damn cheap to join Corsa.  Just my opinion and I am sticking to it.  Allen
