He may be saying that, Bob. But his words are more like: "You didn't do it, 
 I'm gone!"
 
And if he thinks the board has not considered it,he is wrong. It was always 
 a point of discussion. He is complaining that the board didn't just say 
"Join us  100% or take a hike!" The board has considered this action and 
decided that they  would lose more members that way, than keeping the current, 
more inclusive,  policy. There are other, more current board members than I 
that will weigh in.  Perhaps the discussions have changed in the years since I 
left the board, but  the 100% rule was always discussed, supported by some, 
and usually opposed by  the majority. Things could change, though.
