I've been watching. The last design you had, with the exhaust ports exiting similarly to stock was good, using the stock rocker box is even better. Add a stock manifold, (with bosses for adding a separate manifold) and I think they're will be a decent market. But the cooling problem, IMHO, is primarily with the fan.

Either that, or put a ruthlessly efficient and powerful fan on these
engines. Cooling on Corvair engines is air flow limited long before the fins
become the limiter.
