That sounds more like a steering linkage problem. I think most of us (at
least I was) are talking about a momentary vibration in the body (front cowl
area) that is not really associated with steering. It could be induced by a
bump in the road, but not usually - more often it comes into play at a
certain speed and is not terribly violent - just a momentary wuga - wuga.
