any "opinions" on running an engine on the stand without a flywheel? such
as a cut down bad torque converter . i was just thinking of using one i have
here just for running engines on the bench. the ring gear and mount side are
intact , just gutted it sometime ago looking for what failed inside. i know
the engine would have rapid response etc , but would it damage anything running
it like this long enough to adjust valves and carbs etc? beats tossing
another trophy out.
regards, tim colson
