Actually, a Corvair with GOOD E code headlights will have better lights
than the C6. For the simple reason, US spec cars are stuck with the
awful DOT headlights, which just don't measure up to their Euro
counterparts.

as driving at night. Or just buy a BMW X-5 with the optional head

upgrade -- seriously, some *very* good headlights on them.
Or save money and buy a C6 Corvette - Used ones in the high $20K's. HID
lights are standard. It will extend my night driving for years to come.
The cars
has about "400" other benefits as well. <grin> But for the Corvair,
the
correct E-code bulbs, with appropriate wiring, is a pretty good combo.
