Or save money and buy a C6 Corvette - Used ones in the high $20K's. HID  
lights are standard. It will extend my night driving for years to come. The cars  
has about "400" other benefits as well. <grin> But for the Corvair,  the 
correct E-code bulbs, with appropriate wiring, is a pretty good  combo.
