Stephen,  If I remember correctly this is a LM.  When I removed  the tunnel 
duct on a '65 convertible I found a screw about in the middle holding  it in 
too.  If you have a Fisher assembly manual it will show  you.  If not let us 
know and I (or someone else) can send you a  drawing.
