<VV> copyright problems

   I remember about a year ago we were discussing the index idea and 
also making available copies of articles. If I remember correctly 
they were problems concerning copyright and getting permissions from 
the writer or writers . One concern was some of them have disappeared 
(from our sight) or died. I also remember at that time there was a 
discussion of part 3 of the corsa article guide,I haven't heard 
anything recently about it .
  Has there been any additional news?
