<VV> Material to Set Headlight Buckets & Rubber Grommet

I'm changing out the headlight buckets in my late model. What is the  
prescribed product to use in bedding in the buckets to the body opening? I'm  
heading to the auto paint store, today, for some Por15; and, if armed with  the 
name of the correct sealing agent, I might kill the proverbial two birds in 
 one trip.
 
Also, what's the deal with the rubber wire grommet at the top of the  
buckets? I looked in my 1960-69 official GM Parts & Accessories catalog and  the 
grommet is not listed; is it a part of the wiring harness? Can the  grommet 
be purchased separately? Clarks does not list that particular grommet...  
does anyone sell it? My replacement buckets do not have grommets, and I doubt  
the ones in the rusted buckets will come out whole. Ideas?
