I've been involved with much larger organizations than ours, perhaps
if we can get the BOD to contact
the IOUG and the folks at Oracle, they may get some pointers with
handling conventions
of 45K or more... It runs quite smoothly, and not many ruffled
feathers...
Just because it's painful, doesn't mean we can't try...
