<VV> exhaust tube removal

I've never been able to remove an exhaust tube on a 140 without removing the head.  On a 110, sometimes you can slide the old exhaust tube out and slide a new one in.  You certainly don't want to enlarge the hole in the head for the exhaust tube or you're going to get leakage there.
