<VV> Add on gage wireing

I am going to install additional guages to my 65 110 Monza. I have a couple questions on where to go for the easiest power supply. 
  #1 Where is the easiest place to supply Ignition from? Im assuming that splicing into the B/P wire at the ignition switch would give me Ign switched power. Is there a male terminal at the fuse block that will supply me with the same Ign switched power?
  #2 The volt guage has two terminals, Neg, and Pos. I want this guage to be tied into the Ign and also tell me if there is a drop in voltage if the charging system were to fail. Where should this + voltage originate from? (Hopefully telling me that the fan belt may have come off)
 Im building a wire harnes for theese guages ( Tach, Oil Press, Oil Temp, Volt) and would like to do it right the first time. Thanks in advance,
