<VV> CORRECT FAN COLOR?

Really? I have several that are VERY dark gray to black, all over, and it  
appears to be some sort of anodic coating, not paint.

was there a year that had a grey mag fan as original  color?  (trying  to
keep 
the 64 coupe as close to correct as  i can ).  most i have seen are  semi

gloss black. most steel  fans i have seen are unpainted. ALL of my stuff
is  164 cu  
inch.
