I recently talked to a guy who recently installed a V-8 conversion.  He has purportedly (I haven't seen it) a 140hp engine with a 4speed transmission AND differential for sale. (Complete unit) He is unsure of the asking price but "he thinks" about $200.00.  He stated it has an original 65k miles on the unit??? I will put you in touch with the man, then you are on your own.
