<VV> Rear control rod Assembly

I finally have the parts for my 65 corvair rear strut rod.

Of course I do not remember how the parts went together.  I am presuming
the order is

Bolt Head
Cam hole washer - I noticed the old one had degrees marked on it both
the new ones are smooth with a cast number only on it.

Lock washer
Specialty nut


I was going to grease the hole before I put the bolt threw it.  Lithium,
axel grease, graphite.  Which one?
